Hideki wants to go college but his only hindrance is grades and  attention span!  In a last ditch effort, after being rejected from all colleges in Japan, Hideki decides to move from his rural farm to modern day Tokyo and attend prep school.  Persocoms are latest technology buzzing through the city and he wants one.  Hideki’s life is about to change when he finds a rare persocom in the garbage.   Is it luck or fate?  Critically acclaimed pop-culture group Clamp is proud to present Chobits, a sci-fi romantic comedy that has become a classic and one of many facets  to the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles . The manga was published Kodonsha in 2001 and adapted into a 26 episode animation series by Madhouse in 2002.  I appreciate the author's exploration of family and personal relationships and how technology may or may not affect or shape a person's moral, ethical, and living dynamics.
