School Rumble is a romantic/slice of life manga created, illustrated, and written by Jin Kobayashi that was given its own show by Studio Comet from 2004 to 2008.  The plot is quite original even though it is based off the typical love triangle theme.  Harima Kenji, the handsome school delinquent, is in love with the most naive girl in school, Tenma; however, she is in love with a curry-obsessed classmate named Karasama.  Harima decides to pursue his dream of becoming a famous manga writer/artist and draws his first comic book, which confesses his love for her, in hopes of becoming the next big author in a writing contest.  I highly recommend you watch this laugh-out-loud classic comedy about karma and curry!?!?
